WireCrafters recently collaborated with Conveyer & Caster to deliver a secure DEA cage solution for a prominent pharmaceutical company in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. This partnership addressed the company's need for a compliant and reliable storage solution to safeguard controlled substances and adhere to strict DEA regulations. Customer Description
The pharmaceutical company required a secure storage solution for critically essential products and materials, focusing on compliance and space efficiency. WireCrafters needed to meet strict DEA specifications to ensure the cage helped the customer remain up to code. Since the cage was installed in a small room, maximizing floor space was crucial. Collaborating with Matt Ecken and the WireCrafters engineering team, the design process focused on precise measurements and careful planning to preserve every inch of available space. This included paying close attention to the orientation of the feet ceiling height and even designing a small 1' x 1' corner, ensuring the WireCrafters DEA cage product line met government regulations and the customer’s space constraints.
