Local Dealer Provides Hands On Service

American Express (AMEX) has preferred WireCrafters wire partitions for security and storage cages for many years. Kaco Shelving, one of WireCrafters Phoenix Area distributors, has been stationed on site at the regional AMEX facility providing service to the customer’s needs of reconfiguring their facility to support changing inventory needs.

Wire Partition Secures Shelving Unit with Pallet Rack Enclosure

AMEXs' latest project required inventory to be stored and secured on and within heavy duty shelving units. Kaco provided both the shelving and the wire partition security enclosures around the shelving to the customer. The shelving unit was butted up against an existing wall and WireCrafters provided two end panels and two slide doors on the front of the shelving unit to provide full security. The two slide doors enabled AMEX employees to retrieve inventory items across the entire front of the shelving unit while also allowing them to lock up and securely store items when the enclosure was not in use.

Modular System Makes Reconfiguring Easy

One of the many benefits of WireCrafters’ wire partition systems is that it is a modular system which can be disassembled and reconfigured very easily. Kaco Shelving used existing partitions which were pulled from different locations within the facility and added new wire partitions, working with WireCrafters’ engineering department to provide a useable solution to save space for AMEX, all while providing a secure lockup for inventory for their on-site vendor.
