Dealer Council Episode Transcript

- Welcome to another episode of Mondays With Milt. Now today we had our Dealer Council come to Louisville, Kentucky to see our facility. So we brought about nine guys from around the country, right here. Hey, we started off with a great dinner on Tuesday night, and then we had meetings all day yesterday, and some fun activities. We went to the innovation area at our production floor, and Erik Johnson, our innovation manager, he showed 'em some new products that we're gonna be coming out with. Some things we're really excited about. Along with that, we talked about things like the alarming trends that our distributors are seeing out in the workplace. We talked about what did we do in 2019, what do we plan to do in 2020, and we've got a lot on our plate. And then the guys gave us a lot of feedback about what are we doing as a supplier that is good, and what are we doing that isn't really that good that we could do better. So we got a lot of input. But probably the best thing we did was at the end of the meetings, we went and we threw some axes, and that was a lot of fun. So that's what we got this week.
