Milt Tandy, along with Matt Ecken and Cody Cutsinger, talk about our midwest regional team and what that means. Matt and Cody handle 11 states in the midwest. This allows them to focus solely on those customers, making for a better overall experience. It also cuts down on the possibility of miscommunication. Midwest Regional Team Episode Transcript

- Welcome to another episode of Mondays With Milt. Now today, I'm here with Matt Ecken and Cody Cutsinger, and they run the mid-west territory for WireCrafters. So, Matt, you've been here for how long, and how long have you been doing this territory?

- I've been here just over 22 years, so I knew a lot of the guys from this territory just from being here, but I've been working the mid-west territory since we started this program in June.

- Okay, and we've got like 11 states here that you all focus on everyday with all of our dealers.

- Correct.

- And Cody, you're the newest member of the sell staff.

- I am.

- So, when, exactly, did you start here?

- Well, I actually started on the production floor when I was in college for summer intern. Then I was able to come on last year in July, and start then.

- Okay, and having the mid-west territory, does it make it easier for you with your job?

- Well, being fairly new, just being able to take care of those, that region, the mid-west, and not have to take care of all the other regions, makes it a lot easier. With Matt here, being here for how long he's been here. I ask him any questions. He helps me out with anything.

- All right, so that enables you to build more relationships, because you're dealing with the same people on a regular basis.

- Yup.

- All right. And a little trivia fact, we all went to the same high school. So some of that happens around here. It was a good school.

- Still is.

- And still is, that's right. A little shout out for DeSales High School.

- Go Colts.
