What should I do if my shipment was damaged in transit?

Mark the number of damaged pieces on the truck line's delivery paperwork. Be as specific as possible.

For example, write "DAMAGED: 4 pieces 4' X 10', 2 pieces 4' X 5'" or "MISSING: One box." At the very least, write how many pieces are damaged. DO NOT give in to pressure from the driver and sign the delivery receipt as "Received Subject to Later Inspection."

After marking the delivery receipt as damaged or missing, call us at 800-924-9473 and report the problem to a customer service representative.
