Good Morning & welcome to another episode of Mondays With Milt. Today we are out in part of the finishing process, we’ve got some Hot Dipped Galvanized material here. Now, this is a very large job that’s going to Puerto Rico & apparently this material is going to be subject to some moisture. We do galvanizing for people that are going to have partitions outside, they might have it in a washdown area, it could be in a refrigeration area where there’s condensation building up & this hot dip galvanizing will keep the rust from coming on to these panels. Now what we do is we’ve got Willie & Boon here & when the material comes in, they take it & get it ready. Willie, what exactly are you guys doing here with this panel today? Willie: When the galvanizer dips the panels, it leaves extra finish on the panel. We have to get all the extra off & make it look a lot nicer. So really, we’re just getting all the extra galvanizing off. Milt: So, we really don’t have a technical term for that. Willie: No, it’s just leftover hot-dip galvanizing. Milt: You can see it here, we just have to get this cleaned up. Willie: Yeah, we don’t want to send it out looking like that, even though we don’t do the galvanizing we take care of the finished product. Milt: There you have it if you have something that’s going to be subject to moisture WireCrafters can take care of it. Willie & Boon will make sure it goes out in good condition & we’ll see you next week on another episode of Mondays With Milt.
